1. I was in Italy 2 years ago and I have to say that I liked what I’ve seen. There toilets are very clean.I didn’t see toilets like the once you posted…..The toilets that I’ve seen wore with sensors.

2. It is my understanding that in Italy, BY LAW, you are allowed to use the facilities of any bar, restaurant etc without having to buy something.
