It appears that Fraina is a town near Bolzano. Here's the Google Maps link: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=Fraina,+Belluno+(Veneto),+Italy&sll=46.49272,10.412292&sspn=0.668419,1.507874&ie=UTF8&om=1&z=8&ll=46.502173,12.153625&spn=2.673167,6.031494&iwloc=addr
However, I think it's more likely the dish refers to the a mountain or peak somewhere in the Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, near Castello (http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=val+vedrano&ie=UTF8&z=12&ll=46.636354,10.567303&spn=0.166664,0.264359&om=1)
and therefore much closer to Grosio. There are directions to the "cima di Fraina" on the following page, but I couldn't follow them on Google Maps.
