We just return to Astoria Oregon from our Italy trip and Lake Como was one of my favorite places. We stayed in Veranna and there is a walk from the town straight up the hill to a castle wich was worth the hike. After vsiting the castle you can take a trail leading to the next town Bellano. We found out about this trail from a lady that has an office accross from the ticket booth at the ferry landing.
