Finally, as a quick note - = we've seen a number of Twitter messages from network members asking for ass= istance.  While we do try to follow up on your tweets, if you have a t= echnical issue, a payment question, or any other ad network issue, we urge = you to use our Help Request form so that we can log your request and assist y= ou in a timely manner.

We've placed installation instructions and some new technical notes onlin= e here.

A reminder - all = ad units must be placed "above the fold" - at least 1/3 of all ad un= its must be visible within the top 768 pixels on your template.  Pleas= e see our Welcome= Letter for detailed placement information.

We've received a= few reports that users with customized templates have experienced some iss= ues when your site is viewed in Internet Explorer.  We've made some changes to the code, and as of this mornin= g, any Internet Explorer issues should be resolved. Please proceed with ins= talling your new ad code.

If you're still experiencing a = problem, please tell us via the help desk. (If you've already sent your req= uest, your information has been passed along to our techs.)

=09=09=09Time for some changes =09=09
We're in the process of revamping our remnant ad program, and = you may temporarily experience more PSAs (or blank ad spaces, depending on = your account settings) than is typical while we switch providers. We hope t= o have all transitions accomplished quickly, and we thank you for your pati= ence while we optimize our third-party ad sources.

We're well ov= erdue for some new PSAs for the network.  We'd like to hear your ideas= for organizations that you would like to see us promote.  Click here a= nd share your favorites.
