Nach Wolfgangs Einführung in OpenSolaris gab es am 23.11. in Passau einen Einführungsvortrag zu ZFS. Hier wird alles erklärt, was man zu ZFS wissen muss: Pooled Storage, Copy-on-Write, Baumstruktur, Checksummen, Self-Healing, Administration usw. Dazu gibt es eine kurze Einführung in Flash Memory und warum das so gut zu ZFS passt.
